    Grant applications will be accepted that meet the 100 Shares Tampa Bay minimum criteria and submission requirements. Please review the “Grant Criteria” section of the main grants page before proceeding. Main Grant Page








    Names submitted below validate the truthfulness and accuracy of the application. Two Signatures Required:

    Grant Application One Hundred Shares

    I. Organization Information:



    If more information is necessary to give 100 Shares Tampa Bay a fuller vision of your organization, please attach pertinent information via an addendum through Dropbox.

    II.Purpose of Grant / Description of your specific Project

    Please submit the following materials electronically along with your electronic application:

    Financial Information

    A. Detailed budget for the current year (include all sources of funding).

    1. With your detailed budget, include a separate document that shows year-to-date spending

    B. Detailed Grant Budget. Please provide an itemized Grant Budget Request clearly stating how the Grant monies will be used. Only the 100 Shares Tampa Bay format found here: LINK will be accepted. Be specific giving actual costs while detailing items and services to be purchased. The total amount must show how the full amount of your grant request will be used. Grant Request amount must not exceed half of applicant’s current operating budget. Grant Request for advertising, marketing and salaries/stipends in total must not exceed 20% of the grant amount (salaries are defined as SUPPORT costs to conduct training or manage the proposed grant project). Grant request must not include ongoing operating expenses, rent or endowments, nor be used for fundraising or new construction. Please review the Grant Criteria for details.

    C. Comparative financial statements (audited if available) for the most recent two year period. For example, if you are applying for a grant in the year 2020, we require comparative financial statements for the years 2017 and 2018. These statements must include a Balance Sheet (a statement of Assets and Liabilities) and an income statement or Profit and Loss Statement

    D. Organization’s current 990 tax return.

    E. Affiliation with federal, public, or private funding sources (be specific)

    F. Provide a copy of 501 (c) (3) IRS Determination letter approving your tax-exempt status. This is NOT the same as the State of Florida letter for tax exemption.

    G. Current list of Board of Directors, staff and their positions

    H. Please provide 6 high resolution photos of ministry related activity. Please attach these as separate documents and label descriptions and relevance to your organization clearly.

    I. Provide a list of your other grant funding sources.

    J. Provide a high resolution (jpg.) version of your organization’s logo.

    Instructions for sending grant application electronically to One Hundred Shares:

    1. Once above application is completed, click the highlighted “Submit” button.

    2. A pdf file of the above application will be sent to the grant chairperson at GRANTS100STB@GMAIL.COM and the submitted email address for your organization’s application. Be sure to check junk/spam filters for email if not received shortly after submittal.

    3. A copy of the submitted pdf file application and any additional accompanying or supporting documents must be put into a file folder and submitted to One Hundred Shares via Dropbox.com.
    To do this, log on to Dropbox.com at the following web address: https://www.dropbox.com/home . Please see the link in our website for additional Dropbox instructions. It is located within the Grant Information tab under “Dropbox”.

    4. Create a new folder with your ministry name and put application pdf and all supporting documentation into the newly created file folder. Drag and drop your new folder into Dropbox. Please note that the folder must be titled with some version of the name of your ministry organization (i.e., do not title it, “100 Shares Tampa Bay Grant Application”).

    5. Once your folder is in Dropbox, click the highlighted “Share” box and share to the 100 Shares Tampa Bay grant email: GRANTS100STB@GMAIL.COM. When uploaded and shared, Drobox will invite 100 Shares Tampa Bay to accept it. Your organization will receive notice that invite has been accepted and your application will be complete. Your file will be secure within the One Hundred Shares Dropbox.

    Important notes regarding application submissions:

    *The 100 Shares Tampa Bay grant application is available online from June 1st until 11:59 pm on the last Friday of August each year, or until the first 20 applications have come in. Once a grant application is submitted, the applicant is not allowed to make revisions of any kind. No applications will be permitted after that time.

    ** 100 Shares Tampa Bay receives many applications every year and we now take the first 20 applications that come in after June 1st. We strongly suggest that you familiarize yourself with the application and the DropBox process ahead of time and make your submissions early.
