GRANT SELECTION PROCESS AND AWARD
Because of the large number of submissions we receive each year, the grant committee will limit consideration to the first 20 online applications received.
- Four finalists will be chosen from the grant applications received.
- The finalists will be invited to share their ministries and how their grant request will benefit their organization at the Fall Coffee on October 24, 2025.
- Ministry Presentations for the four finalists will be conducted in January and February 2026 with two presentations by each ministry, one on a Friday and one on a Saturday.
- At least one board member must be present during each site visit.
- Grant award will be presented at the Spring Luncheon in April 2026.

If the grant expenditure timeline etends beyond the March reporting date, the Grants Chair must be notified and a quarterly report must be sent to the Grants Chair until the funds are spent.
